Igor Klimov is a founder and a Managing Partner of Acuris. Before founding Acuris in 2001 he worked for international recruitment companies (including the UK market) and international FMCG companies. Being in the recruitment and executive search business for over seventeen years, Igor has got extensive experience advising clients on senior appointments, organizational design and talent aquisition strategies. Among his clients are leading multinational companies, large industrial organizations, state corporations and privately held companies from energy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, machine-building and engineering, B2B and professional services sectors.

Ekaterina Komissarova
Ekaterina Komissarova joined Acuris in 2003 and in 2007 she became a Partner. She provides the searches for strategic talent, advising clients on market trends, organizational design, search strategies and methods. She possesses strong expertise in FMCG, professional services and Hi-Tech industries but also carries out searches in other spheres for both international and Russian companies. Prior to Acuris, Ekaterina worked in the Human Resources department of Baker and McKenzie CIS Ltd.
