Location: Moscow


Key responsibilities: Sales Director reports to the Commercial Director and is responsible for sales of sanitary ware products in all sales channels, ensures the achievement of goals in terms of volume, revenue and marginality of sales. Team management and development of 15-20 people.


Main requirements: Experience in a similar position from 3 years, preferably obtained in the B2B sector, production and sales of building/finishing materials; experience in working with distributors, national DIY networks and project sales; understanding of marketing; ability to develop a team; leadership qualities; motivation of staff and developed communication skills, spoken English.
