    Location: Moscow


    Key responsibilities: Responsible for sales growth and successful managing of the company sales organization in Russia; design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence; objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and local office and logistics team; build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team; identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status; ensure compliance with export regulations and organize efficient supply chain.


    Main requirements: Ideal candidate would be general manager who has a strong commercial experience and vision, proven people management abilities and good knowledge and network of heating and sanitary business. Formal requirements are 5-7 years of relevant experience with international company on general manager or N-1 commercial roles; outstanding leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills; ability to make a change and inspire people; build trustworthy relations with HQ; fluent English.
