    Responsibilities: Manager is responsible for the integration of recently bought plant into international company’s structure, production process and organizational structure optimization, implementation of the company standards, business principles, security and, health & environment policies and quality standards; implementation of LEAN Six Sigma and quality systems; also for implementation of long-term development plans; operational management including production, sales, personnel management and logistics. 

     

    Main requirements: no less than 5 years of production management experience gained in the international and / or strong local production company; experience in the b2b segment will be an advantage; examples of change project management; excellent team management experience; leader with high ability to motivate team; strategic thinking and ability to make decisions; vature personality; good English

    Main requirements: no less than 5 years of general management experience within the international and / or strong local production b2b company; excellent knowledge of plastic goods segment (including various packaging segments); previous sales/commercial experience will be an advantage. Excellent team management experience and excellent negotiation skills; proactive and initiative; strategic thinking and ability to make decisions; mature personality; good English
