    Key responsibilities: Development based on corporate strategy, production, sales & marketing and finance objectives and ensure actual achievements of objectives; planning and management of the entire budget in order to secure profitability; supervision of investment projects; co-develop the marketing strategy and carry out marketing and sales activities; constantly improve production technologies by own developments and/or in coordination with the technical center, cultivate continuous improvement philosophy; implementation of fundamental guidelines concerning work safety, environmental protection and plant safety; represent corporate interests, shareholders and associations (legal and public); guarantee constant development and improvement of employees’ qualifications as well as improvement of operational structures and workflows (organizational development)

     

    Main requirements: Ideal candidate would be general manager who knows equally well both commercial and manufacturing parts of business or it could commercial director with good knowledge of manufacturing management or plant director with profound knowledge of sales and marketing and client management. Formal requirements are 5 years of relevant experience with international company on general manager or N-1 roles; outstanding leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills; ability to make a change and inspire people; build trustworthy relations with HQ; fluent English.
