Location: Moscow
Key responsibilities: Sales Director manages sales to achieve the company objectives in sales volume and prices; establishes and maintains effective territory coverage through all channels: distributors, DIYs, projects; he or she maintains relationship with key distributors and professional customers and influencers; Sales Director leads sales personnel by practicing company’s leadership principles and values and strives to improve sales organization effectiveness and efficiency.
Main requirements: At least 5 years of experience in sales management at director’s level; experience in construction materials industry with international production B2B companies; structural approach to problem solving; strong interpersonal and communication skills; spoken English.
