    Location: Moscow/South of Russia


    Key responsibilities:

    • Secure good relationships with the current customers and fulfill current sales and marketing objectives

    • Achieve planned sales and profitability objectives

    • Development of sales and marketing strategies

    • Building an efficient team through support and development of current members and sourcing new talents

    • Budget responsibility

    • Identifying new opportunities for growth, looking for initiatives that are ahead of general market trends

    • Monitoring competitors' activities to react quickly to emergent curcumstances 


    Main requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in sales management at director’s level within B2B industry, knowledge of packaging industry is desirable but not essential

    • Proven track record in achieving targets

    • Proven capability in team development

    • Structural approach to problem solving

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Fluent English
