    Location: Moscow

     

    Key responsibilities: directly reports to the Business Unit Director Russia Sales Director manages and develops sales team (about 15 employers); establishes and maintains effective territory coverage and distribution management; prepares action plans and objectives by individuals as well as by team to meet business and profitability targets; builds and maintains relationship with distributors, professional customers and influencers; business and sales strategy planning; regular business reviews with Regional Managers.

     

    Main requirements: more than 5 years of professional experience in sales/business development area gained preferably in DIY/ wholesale distribution area in international organizations; structural approach to problem solving; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate people, setting an example in the application of high professional standards; good English.
