Location: Moscow
Key responsibilities: reporting to Head of business in Russia Sales Director manages sales to achieve the company objectives in sales volume and prices; establishes and maintains effective territory coverage and distribution management, leads project sales; he or she builds and maintains relationship with distributors, professional customers and influencers; Sales Manager leads sales personnel by practicing company’s leadership principles and values and strives to improve sales organization effectiveness and efficiency.
Main requirements: At least 5 years of experience in sales management; experience in construction decorative materials industry at international production companies; structural approach to problem solving; strong interpersonal and communication skills; good level of spoken and written English.
