Key responsibilities: support business through development, implementation and administration of the core C&B processes, policies and procedures.
Redevelopment of the C&B system; strategy and methodology development in accordance with global guidelines; close cooperation with European HQ.

Main requirements: 3-5 years of C&B experience on managerial/supervision level; understanding of retail specifics; HR business partnership mindset and approach to all company’s functions; strong interpersonal and communication skills; initiative and independence; confident level of English
