Job Title: Sales Director

 

The company: European leading household company

 

Location: Moscow

 

Key responsibilities: Sales Director reports to the General Manager and is responsible for setting the commercial budget to create sales, margin and volume targets, highlighting significant areas for opportunity/development and risk; leading a team (40 people) that will execute performance/activities to budget/target level, development of the team to provide continuous ‘Best In Class’ Account Management; understanding the requirements of current customers to ensure their needs are being met and all opportunities are being identified, act to acquire new accounts; build and maintain profitable and sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders; take part in and lead, where required, customer Audits and Sales Meetings across the Group.

 

Main requirements: experience in a similar position or in a role of National Retail Accounts Director from min 3 years, preferably obtained in the FMCG sector; knowledge of all national and major regional retailers; good understanding of marketing and supply chain planning; ability to drive business in highly competitive environment; excellent people management and development skills, good analytical abilities and good English.
