Company: Major multinational dairy production company with own plants in Russia

Location: Moscow, Moscow region

Key responsibilities: plant team management and development, responsibility for implementing production plan, analysis of raw materials losses and development of an action plan, control of industrial variability of technology parameters process and characteristics of finished products; strengthening and development of production culture in places, development and implementation of lean manufacturing tools, project management aimed at production expansion and modernization; financial reporting preparation, budget management, participation in new products development and putting them into production; production technology compliance control, quality assurance.

Main requirements: no less than 5 years of production management experience in the international and / or strong local production company; experience in the food production segment will be an advantage; Excellent team management experience and excellent negotiation skills; Strategic thinking and ability to make decisions; Mature personality; good English.
