    Location: Moscow


    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage the M&A process in Russia, Ukraine and CIS: from the search for new targets of acquisitions and the first contacts to integration with following steps: scouting for opportunities, business plan preparation, LOI, redaction, due diligence follow-up and analysis, SPA negotiation and integration

    • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, foster and develop necessary relationships

    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

    • Conduct vigorous due diligence on industry prospects

    • Maintain up to date the knowledge of competitor landscape

    • Analyse industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities

    • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world

    • Rigorous study and business planning for new business activities and business models. Manage the implementation of chosen models business models

    • Create a network of start-ups linked with construction. Propose some potential ventures with most interesting

    • Follow the major projects of the company in the cluster: e.g., construction of a Stone Plant in Siberia

    • Perform strategic analysis on specific business issues.


    Main requirements:

    • Master's degree in finance, general business or related disciplines, economics, engineering

    • At least 5 years of work experience from management consultancies/ project management, financial management and multi-disciplinary functions / a proven experience in a similar position

    • Successful working experience at eye-level with senior level executives

    • Highly developed analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and expertise in risk analysis and deal structuring

    • Open minded, with great listening and interpersonal skills

    • Negotiation skills, convincing ability, solid communications skills

    • Rigorous, autonomous and organized

    • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian (speaking and writing)
